Lose the muscle! Keep the fat!

I've recently decided that in addition to some late-20s pudginess (owning to a decrease in overnight metabolism) and a misguided winter workout regime, I have a bit of fat and too much muscle, so I've embarked on an excercise regime to loose some muscle.

In this age, the oughts, it is very difficult for a young man to find reasonable muscle-loss tips in online workout forums. We are virtually laughed off the virtual stage.

But the trannies, always at the forefront, have come through with "Dieting for MTFs, Part I and Part II!

May I recommend diving into a shallow pool head first? Wheel chair confinement does wonders for the muscle-fat ratio.
